When you check your address

As you type, Geoapify receives the address search text to suggest matching addresses. Selecting a suggestion sends the address and its coordinates to our website. If you enter an address manually, we send it to the U.S. Census Geocoder to find its approximate location. We use coordinates with Orange County’s public water-service map and EPA’s water-system service areas, hosted on ArcGIS, to suggest a utility. You confirm your provider before viewing its results. The statewide provider search uses a downloaded EPA directory; you can also continue with an unknown provider or private well.

These services also receive technical information needed to respond, such as an IP address. Our lookup code does not save your address or coordinates to a customer database or write them to application logs. Address and plan choices remain in the current page while you use the flow; reloading starts a new session.

Water findings come from published utility information, reviewed EWG records and a downloaded Florida DEP sampling dataset held by our website. The system’s official ID links its report to the provider you select. We do not send your address or contact details to EWG or Florida DEP to display these stored records. A utility report is not a test of water at your home.

When you request installation or a consultation

Depending on the form you use, we receive your name, choice of installation or consultation, address, water source or selected utility, treatment interests or goals, suggested plan, selected community savings category, preferred timing, contact details, optional notes, and your permission to contact you. Installation requests ask for a phone number for our call; an email address for confirmation is optional. Consultation requests use email or text for follow-up. Home and water details are optional on the direct consultation form, and an email confirmation is optional when you choose text. Direct forms also identify whether the request came from the installation, consultation or package-offer page. We use these details to respond, discuss your water needs, confirm offer or savings eligibility and review next steps. A home water test may be needed. Your request does not place a paid order or automatically book an appointment.

Resend delivers the request to Better Water Florida’s designated business inboxes. If you provide an email address, it also sends a request confirmation. The confirmation acknowledges your request; it does not book an appointment. The website does not automatically send marketing messages or enroll you in a newsletter. Choosing text permits contact about your request; no automated text message is sent by this website.

HighLevel (LeadConnector) stores your contact details and the latest request summary in Better Water Florida’s customer relationship management account so our team can follow up. The summary includes the information you submit, your preferred contact method, contact permission and available campaign attribution. This connection does not enroll you in marketing or change an existing opt-out.

If an independent plumbing professional is needed, we may share the relevant address, contact and installation details to coordinate the service you request. The assigned installer and any separate installation agreement will be identified before you agree to installation.

Hosting and security

Vercel hosts this website and provides security checks, including BotID on submitted requests. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request paths, timestamps and security signals. Security services may use cookies or similar browser technologies.

We validate requests on the server and use encrypted HTTPS connections. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit payment-card details, identification documents, medical records or other sensitive information through this form.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, progress through the water check, request form views and submission outcomes, completed installation and consultation requests, and clicks on our call, email and financing links. It uses cookies and technical information about your browser and device. We do not send your name, phone number, email, entered address, water findings or form notes to Google Analytics. Google signals, advertising personalization and automatic form measurement are disabled. A completed request is measured as a lead, not a sale.

Campaign labels, advertising click identifiers, the landing page and the referring website may be kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and included with your request in our business inboxes and HighLevel contact record. This helps us connect inquiries with later quotes and installations. We omit unrelated URL parameters and full referring-page addresses.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Records and your choices

Submitted requests are retained in business email, email-delivery service records and HighLevel contact records. The contact record shows the latest website request; earlier requests remain in business email. Hosting and security providers retain technical records under their service settings and policies. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to these request records.

You can use manual address entry instead of selecting an autocomplete suggestion. You can leave without submitting a request, and you can withdraw permission for further request-related contact by replying to us. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or request deletion, use the contact address below. We may need to verify your request and retain records needed for an existing transaction, security or applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell information submitted through this website or share it for targeted advertising.

Our service providers handle information under their own policies: Geoapify, U.S. Census Bureau, Vercel and Resend. Study and article links take you to independent websites with their own privacy practices.
